We have more than one student with email addresses other than gmail.com that we highly suspect are not receiving emails from our faculty or staff and/or Jot Form Student Movement notices (which can cover warnings, counseling, participation issues, deadlines, extensions, results on homework/feedback/rejections) etc. AOL, yahoo and some work or military email addresses are the worst about this but others may do this as well. This is why we highly recommended during enrollment that each student use a gmail account while working on courses with us. Gmail is free, and you don’t have to use it for anything else. But if we cannot communicate with you because of your choice of email, there is not much we can do to help.
If you have been using another email other than gmail, please go first to your spam/trash/junk mail folders and look for anything we may have sent that has gone there. (If it has been over 30 days, however, many of these programs automatically delete.) . Then we ask that you please set up a gmail email account, then log into your account on percomcourses.com and change it in your profile and also EMAIL the change to programdirector@percomonline.com. It must be changed in BOTH places.
