Closing for Winter Break 2024

We will be closed for Winter Break starting the afternoon of Friday, December 13th, 2024 and will return on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025. If you are a potential NEW student, you may pay and submit all your enrollment documents during this time – Admissions and Billing will spotcheck for these to process. If you are in rotations, you MUST reserve contacting clinical faculty for EMERGENCIES only. And emergency does NOT involve scheduling requests, clearance for rotations and other items such as that. It is reserved for things such as you get to your rotation and they are trying to send you away OR your rotation is not scheduled in Platinum and it is during the break, OR you have a problem with a preceptor or site during a shift during break, OR you are sick or injured and cannot attend a shift that is already scheduled during the break. In those cases, please text ONE of the two clinical faculty, and they will assist you. Thank you and we wish you ALL a safe and HAPPY Holiday Season!
